Links to IPv6 Information

IPv6 is the next generation Internet Protocol (IP) that is currently being slowly introduced alongside the existing IPv4. The main benefit of IPv6 is its much-increased address space (using 128-bit addresses instead of IPv4's 32-bits), but advantages in other areas such as mobility, address aggregation and security will drive its deployment. The growing number of always-on IP devices, and the adoption of IPv6 by the 3G mobile community are further accelerators for IPv6.
